So, last weekend the Canon Spring rebates went into effect and I finally ordered my new camera. I have been looking at upgrading for some time now since I have some other things I want to get into (more on that later). As everyone knows, I have been using my Rebel XT for about 4 years now, and have enjoyed every minute of it, with the only flaw in my book being it’s physical size. The body is great, and nice and lite, but it is too small for serious use when you have large hands. Based on that, I decided to look into some of the higher end models that Canon offered. After looking long and hard I settled on the 40D (specs to be posted tomorrow), and here it is. UPS delivered it Friday (around 6pm).
